Subang Jaya, May 2 – Digi.Com Berhad (Digi) last week reported another quarter of strong postpaid performance with revenue growth of 12.1% year-on-year alongside steady acquisition momentum.
For Q12017, service revenue stood at RM1,472 million, moderated as a flow through from the decision to rationalise legacy prepaid services to enable more sustainable earnings for the future.
Sepang, May 2 - AirAsia Bhd, which recently announces the operating statistics for the 1st Quarter 2017, posted load factor of 89%, up 3 percentage points (“ppts”) from the same period last year. The total number of passengers carried increased 13% year-on-year (“YoY”) to 15.23 million, well ahead of the 9% increase in seat capacity.
At the end of the quarter under review, the Group’s total fleet size stood at 176 aircraft (180 including two A320 aircraft novated from MAA to Asia Aviation Capital (“AAC”) and subsequently leased to a third party airline and two A320 aircraft delivered to AirAsia Japan but yet to commence operations).
Kuala Lumpur, April 28 – Nestlé (Malaysia) Bhd delivered a commendable performance for its financial year ended 31 December 2016. The Group also crossed the RM5 billion Revenue milestone with a Turnover of RM5.1 billion in 2016. This marked a 4.7% increase from the previous year. Despite challenges in 2016, the Group recorded a higher Profit After Tax of RM637 million, up by 7.9% from the previous year.
