BMW Malaysia has introduced the BMW Product Genius Programme for the first time in the country, with seven BMW Product Geniuses having been trained and deployed successfully to three dealerships in Klang Valley.
“Conventionally, stepping into a car dealership can be an intimidating experience for customers, as they may feel pressured into making purchasing decisions before being allowed to familiarise themselves fully with the products.
By “leveraging purposely on technology with clear outcomes in mind”, SMEs will be able to gain faster time to market, be more responsive to changing customer requirements, and produce goods and services of a higher quality, said SAP Malaysia managing director Duncan Williamson.
However, he, in an exclusive interview with Malaysian Business, emphasised that SMEs must have a clear focus of the desired “outcomes” and what they would like to achieve, before embarking on technology discussions.
Agrobank organised a community programme called ‘Program Komuniti Agrobank’ for community in Guar Chempedak, Kedah. The community programme was officiated by YB Tuan Azman Nasrudin, Kedah State Exco of Agriculture and Agro-Based Industry witnessed by some 500 locals around the vicinity of Guar Chempedak.
