Shah Alam, April 20 – Coca-Cola yesterday announced significant changes; firstly the introduction of a new design across all of its Coke range in Malaysia, where for the first time ever, the entire Coke range will be marketed under one brand – Coca-Cola. The change will mean that all of Coca-Cola’s varieties including Coca-Cola Classic, Coca-Cola Zero, Coca-Cola Light and Vanilla Coke, will be unified under the one design using the iconic Red Disc. Consumers will soon see the new One Brand design on everything – from cans and bottles to billboards and television ads.
Puncak Alam, April 20 - Eco World Development Group Berhad (EWDG) signed two Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) today with Brainy Bunch International IslamicMontessori (Brainy Bunch). The MOUs are for the purchase of land – one in Eco Grandeur, Shah Alam and another in Eco Tropics, Iskandar Malaysia.
The plan is for Brainy Bunch to develop and operate an International School Campus in Eco Grandeur and develop and operate a Montessori Kindergarten Campus in Eco Tropics.
Sepang, April 20 - AirAsia Berhad is acquiring a 50% stake in online travel planner Touristly Travel Sdn Bhd (Touristly) through an asset injection and loan deal valued at RM11.5 million.
The transaction will see AirAsia Berhad inject the digital platform of its Travel 3Sixty inflight magazine, valued at RM6.5 million, into Touristly via AirAsia Investments Ltd and extend a RM5 million convertible loan to Touristly for working capital and development.
