B2B Commerce (M) Sdn Bhd has become Malaysia’s first homegrown company to facilitate cross-border business-to-business (B2B) electronic trade settlements for SMEs thanks to a strategic partnership with OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad.
The move, featuring B2B Commerce’s new online platform B2B DaiGor (www.b2bdaigor.com), is expected to help SMEs contain cost whilst minimising the hassles related to cross-border transactions.
The Ministry of Entrepreneur Development (MED) called for greater public-private partnership participation to realise the objectives outlined within the National Entrepreneurship Framework (NEF).
Its secretary-general Datuk Wan Suraya Wan Mohd. Radzi said that such partnerships are an important element in nurturing the entrepreneurial spirit among Malaysian businesses as set out within the strategic objectives of the National Entrepreneurship Framework (NEF).
