AXA Affin General Insurance Berhad (AAGI) won big with 3 awards at the Asian Banking and Finance Insurance Asia Awards 2018. 

The award that was held on July 12 at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore saw AAGI winning 3 awards, marking its 3rd consecutive year winning the International General Insurer of the Year – Malaysia, New Insurance Product of the Year – Malaysia and Claims Initiative of the Year – Malaysia award.

Fonterra’s foodservice business Anchor Food Professionals and the World Association of Chefs’ Societies (Worldchefs) announced Singapore’s Lim Wei Hrn and Finland’s Niall Larjala as the winners of the Global Pastry Chefs Challenge and Global Young Chefs Challenge respectively.

The competitions were part of the Worldchefs Congress and Expo 2018 which took place last week where each competition saw 10 chefs compete on a global scale for the championship title.
