These collectively bring to life PropertyGuru\u2019s role as a trusted advisor to property seekers, and signal the advent of a new era of customer experience in the property sector.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>An industry first, the new websites and mobile apps, leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) to make every property search a highly personalised and intuitive experience.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Pricing Insight Intelligence widget, in collaboration with Property Advisor, a product of MyPropertyData, brings insight into past transactions records as the system auto-analyses big data on local market trends and helps consumers make more informed buying, renting and investing decisions; and the Location widget further brings consumers down to ground by showing optimised routes via different transportation means to selected destinations.<\/p>\n<p>Underpinning these are machine learning algorithms, which have been trained to recognise behavioural cues to determine the kind of properties a user is looking for and the content they are likely to be interested in.
