Hijauan on Cavenagh a development by SDB Asia Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Selangor Dredging Berhad (SDB), has won the World Silver Winner of FIABCI World Prix d\u2019Excellence Awards 2018 in the Residential (Mid-Rise) category.<\/p>\n
Hijauan on Cavenagh comprises 41 residential units, located in the prime and green tree-lined Cavenagh Road. It is located adjacent to the grounds of the Istana, yet just a short walk away to the shopping belt of Orchard Road and the Somerset MRT station, via a pedestrian link bridge.<\/p>\n
Hijauan on Cavenagh has been planned to carefully blend with the lush surroundings and designed with subtle elements of art incorporated to beautify the building. Each unit has a hand-tooled copper door which opens up into spatially planned homes with balconies to bring in the refreshing outdoors.<\/p>\n

Various SDB developments, namely Park Seven (KLCC), 20trees (Melawati), Dedaun (Ampang) and the River Rehabilitation project on Sungai Satu, adjacent to By The Sea (Batu Ferringhi, Penang), have participated on a global level at the World FIABCI Prix d\u2019Excellence awards and SDB has since garnered 1 gold and 4 silver awards at this coveted international competition.<\/p>\n
FIABCI is the French acronym for \u2018International Real Estate Federation\u2019, which recognises excellence in real estate world-wide.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, as reported by Malaysian Business recently, SDB had also released a seven-point brand manifesto outlining its values, principles and core beliefs to high standards.<\/p>\n
Its \u201cManifesto for living well and responsibly\u201d elaborates on principles the company believes in and puts into practice, namely, investing in: its products; community; quality; customers; its people; environmental sustainability; and peace of mind.<\/p>\n
