Almost two months after winning the May 9 general election, the full Pakatan Harapan Cabinet has been sworn in before the Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Muhammad V on Monday (July 2).<\/p>\n
Thirteen MPs were appointed to the Cabinet earlier, and the names of the full Cabinet members and their portfolios were kept under a tight lid.
Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad had said he aims to have no more than 30 members in the Cabinet.
A total of 13 ministers and 23 deputy ministers were sworn in at the ceremony at the Istana Negara here on Monday.
The ministers sworn in are:
1. Foreign Affairs Minister: Datuk Saifuddin Abdullah
2. Natural Resources and Environment Minister: Dr Xavier Jayakumar
3. Public Works Minister: Baru Bian
4. Youth and Sports Minister: Syed Saddiq Abdul Rahman
5. Primary Industries Minister: Teresa Kok
6. Domestic Trade and Consumers Affairs Minister: Datuk Saifuddin Nasution Ismail
7. Energy, Green Technology, Science and Climate Change Minister: Yeo Bee Yin
8. Minister in the Prime Ministers Department (Religion): Datuk Dr Mujahid Yusof Rawa
9. Minister in the Prime Ministers Department (Law) Datuk Liew Vui Keong
10. Federal Territories Minister: Khalid Samad
11. International Trade and Industry Minister: Darell Leiking
12. Tourism, Arts and Culture Minister: Datuk Mohamad Din Ketapi
