The ceremony took place on 31 July at Le Meridien Sentosa, Singapore.<\/p>\n<p>Currently in its ninth edition, the Asia Best Employer Brand Award recognises organisations from Asia who are exemplary in practices related to Human Resources (H.R.).<\/p>\n<p>Winners are generally evaluated on how the Employer and the H.R. Leadership have performed on the following broad areas: \u2018Contribution to Industry\/National Needs\u2019, \u2018Contribution to Business Needs\u2019, \u2018Contribution to Employee Needs\u2019, and, last but not least, \u2018Personal Attributes and Professional Development\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are so incredibly honoured and proud that LOOB has been conferred \u2018Asia\u2019s Best Employer Brand 2018 &#8211; 2019\u2019 in our category! We give full credit back to our team \u2013 \u2018Loobies\u2019 and all stakeholders for their dedication and hard work. You all made this possible for us! We hope with this award, we can continue to build a better workplace to drive our organisation\u2019s mission forward\u201d said Bryan Loo, Chief Executive Officer of Loob Holding.<\/p>\n<p>Loo then explained how the timing of the award was apt as it was not only another breakthrough for the company, but was also in line with the Tealive brand\u2019s \u2018Breakthrough\u2019 campaign which aims to encourage Malaysians to achieve \u2018breakthrough\u2019 results, moving beyond obstacles to achieve their goals.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs a company, we find ourselves making breakthroughs on a regular basis. I believe that this is a result of the chemistry between the members of the team.
