Enviro Group Asia group chief executive, Nitesh Malani said he was confident that the innovation had a bright market potential due to the rapid growth of Malaysia\u2019s building industry.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe spend more than 80 per cent of our time indoors, the sick building syndrome or building-related Illness has been a cause of concern for most building occupants who fall ill due to poor indoor air quality,\u201d he told Bernama at the Enviro InteliAQ system launch, which saw the group entering into a partnership with Alila Bangsar Kuala Lumpur hotel.
Nitesh said Malaysia was the first country to have launched the Enviro IntelliAQ before it would be introduced to other regional markets.
The Enviro IntelliAQ powered by uHoo, a Singapore-based hardware startup that detects the quality of indoor air, features an engineering of nine air quality sensors packed in a tiny device the size of a coffee mug.
It is powered by a high-performance Advanced RISC Machine (ARM)-based processor that helps building or facility managers measure and manage indoor air quality.<\/p>\n
