KOHLER\u00ae, a global manufacturer in kitchen and bath products has reached another milestone with the opening of its first showroom in Kota Kinabalu in partnership with local distributor, YHY Engineering Sdn Bhd.<\/p>\n
The showroom is a key initiative to expand Kohler\u2019s presence and distribution network in Malaysia.<\/p>\n
The newest KOHLER showroom sits on a 1099 sq ft built-up area with the concept of \u201cinnovating the way people interact with their kitchen and bathroom\u201d and it is the latest addition to the six existing showrooms in Malaysia.<\/p>\n
The showroom showcases Kohler\u2019s extensive range of kitchen and bath products including its latest innovative products in Intelligent Toilets, Bidet Seats, Mirrored Cabinets, Showering and PVD Vibrant Finishing faucets.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe see Malaysia as one of the key markets in a fast-growing region with great opportunities and it has always been an impressive market as people are looking for something different to cater their needs.<\/p>\n
\u201cKohler is committed to expand its distribution to Sabah to present inspiration and innovation for designers, investors and consumers alike and this showroom is just the beginning of Kohler\u2019s expansion.<\/p>\n
\u201cOur aim is to target different parts of East Malaysia to meet the market demand\u201d said Kohler Asia Pacific Limited general manager and commercial director of Southeast Asia, Adam Quek.<\/p>\n
YHY Engineering Sdn Bhd, the sole distributor of Kohler in East Malaysia was selected to be the partner for the Kota Kinabalu showroom to drive the market demand.<\/p>\n

This year, KOHLER is celebrating its 145 years of heritage as a global leader in the Kitchen and Bath industry since in 1987 founded by John Michael Kohler, an Austrian immigrant, a businessman and a visionary.
Kohler entered Malaysia in 1972 and has continued to innovate the local kitchen and bath industry for over 45 years through leading edge design and technology.
