In a surprise announcement, Acer Malaysia has introduced two very unique Acer Swift and Predator Conquer New Worlds T-shirts arising from its collaboration with renowned, homegrown streetwear brand, Pestle & Mortar Clothing (PMC).<\/p>\n
\u00a0In conjunction with the Asia Pacific Predator League and approaching year end, Acer also launched the \u201cGear Up This Festive Season\u201d program to reward the end users who purchase selected Acer devices in the Acer Aspire, Acer Swift, Acer Spin, Acer Switch or Predator series.<\/p>\n
\u00a0In line with its \u201cYoung, Trendy and Technology\u201d position, Acer Malaysia unveiled a new line \u2013 modish streetwear – through a collaboration with Pestle & Mortar Clothing (PMC), the first-ever collection features two designs on T-shirts inspired by Acer Swift and Predator, Conquer New Worlds.<\/p>\n
\u201cWith this collaboration with the renowned Malaysian streetwear brand, Pestle & Mortar Clothing, we hope to move closer to the younger group and bring together both Acer and Predator fans by uniting them through an everyday, fashionable wear,\u201d said Acer Sales & Services Sdn Bhd general manager of Products, Sales & Marketing, Chan Weng Hong.<\/p>\n
The Acer Swift design is priced at RM99 and Predator, Conquer New Worlds is priced at RM109 and the collection is available for purchase only at Acer\u2019s website.<\/p>\n
The Asia Pacific Predator League 2019 returns for the second year, bigger and with two games as it is expanding from its inaugural edition of 8 participating countries with only DOTA2, the Asia Pacific Predator League 2019 is seeing participation from 16 countries and hosting the regional PlayerUnknown\u2019s Battlegrounds (PUBG) and DOTA2 tournaments this time around.<\/p>\n
The total prize money has also ballooned – from a total prize pool of USD150,000 in the previous league to a total of USD400,000, including local prizes across the 16 countries in this edition.<\/p>\n
At the same event, the Predator Shield was previewed as a showcase to all teams to inspire them to bring forth their best skill and strategies to win as starting from Friday to Sunday, the qualifiers will meet for the Malaysian Grand Final in 1 Utama Shopping Mall and the winners are looking at taking home prizes as well as a total of RM56,000 cash.<\/p>\n
The Malaysian Predator League champion will battle teams from 15 other nations (Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Macau, Myanmar, Japan, Korea, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam) for a shot at the USD400,000 total prize in the Grand Final that will be hosted by Acer Thailand in February next year.<\/p>\n
The Malaysian Grand Final of the Asia Pacific Predator League 2019 will be streamed live on Acer Malaysia\u2019s Facebook.<\/p>\n
From 1 November until 30 December, customers who purchase selected Acer devices in the Acer Aspire, Acer Swift, Acer Spin, Acer Switch or Predator series will be rewarded with value-added gifts ranging from shopping voucher or Acer branded pillow to game bundle and Xbox controller, or TTeSports Predator gaming chair.<\/p>\n
Redemption of the gift is easy with only 2 steps required, Step 1 is to purchase any selected Acer product.<\/p>\n
Step 2 is to log on to https:\/\/www.a-redemption.com to submit the invoice and customer contact details, upon verification, the customer will receive the gift within a month, additionally, there is also on-ground redemption over the weekends at selected malls.<\/p>\n
Acer is also putting up 2 special prizes of a 3D\/2N trip for two persons each to Bangkok for the Predator League 2019 from 16 to 18 February 2019.<\/p>\n
These additional prizes are up for grabs for customers who purchase any selected Predator series models.<\/p>\n
