{"id":2300,"date":"2026-01-20T17:44:25","date_gmt":"2026-01-20T17:44:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/malaysian-business.com\/wptest\/2026\/01\/20\/cuckoo-malaysia-goes-big-with-star-studded-4th-anniversary-celebration\/"},"modified":"2026-01-23T18:00:42","modified_gmt":"2026-01-23T18:00:42","slug":"cuckoo-malaysia-goes-big-with-star-studded-4th-anniversary-celebration","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/malaysian-business.com\/portal\/2026\/01\/20\/cuckoo-malaysia-goes-big-with-star-studded-4th-anniversary-celebration\/","title":{"rendered":"CUCKOO Malaysia goes Big with Star-studded 4th Anniversary Celebration"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To celebrate its fourth year of business in Malaysia, CUCKOO invited employees, customers, business partners and media to Wisma MBSA, Shah Alam with eight announcements on their plans for 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CUCKOO kicked off its 4th-anniversary celebration with the Malaysia Book of Records Certification Presentation in which they have set the record for \u201cShortest Time for a Multi-Cooker to Cook GABA Rice\u201d and \u201cFirst in &amp; out Auto Electrolytics Sterilisation System in Water Purifier\u201d were awarded to CUCKOO Indonesia chief executive officer, Toh Seng Lee and Domestic Sales director, Mak Wai Hoong, respectively.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In conjunction with their anniversary, CUCKOO partnered with Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) to establish \u201cBiasiswa CUCKOO\u201d, a corporate scholarship programme with RM100k worth of scholarships sponsored to eight students<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A mock cheque was presented to UPM representative, Prof. Dr. Hazandy Abdul Hamid by Wai Hoong and Seng Lee alongside three of CUCKOO\u2019s Natural chief officers.Hazman, Shirley Khoo and Michael Lee.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Also at the celebration, they unveiled a brand new logo design which comes in grey and symbolises CUCKOO\u2019s mission to be the one who creates new horizons, as well as being the one that families and friends can count on.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The event also played a video of birthday greetings and messages from CUCKOO\u2019s overseas partners and friends which such as CUCKOO Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, USA, Australia, Japan, Vietnam and India, the video included a birthday wish from CUCKOO Korea chief executive officer, Brian Koo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To celebrate its fourth year of business in Malaysia, CUCKOO invited employees, customers, business partners and media to Wisma MBSA, Shah Alam with eight announcements on their plans for 2019.
