Logicalis, the international IT solutions and managed services provider, announced the appointment of Bernard Chiang as the new managing director for its Malaysia operations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bernard will be responsible for driving innovation, revenue and profitability growth for Logicalis Malaysia.<\/span><\/p>\n

He will lead the Malaysia operations and collaborate with partners to develop new solutions, in line with Logicalis\u2019 vision of being the premier digital enabler for customers, on top of that <\/span>Bernard has over 30 years of sales leadership experience in the technology industry.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI am very pleased that Bernard, with his proven track record, is joining us to lead Logicalis Malaysia as Malaysia is a key market for Logicalis. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cOur organisation is evolving to offer new services in the areas of Cloud, DevOps, Data Centre Modernisation, Application Modernisation and Cybersecurity,\u201d said Logicalis Asia chief executive officer, Chong-Win Lee.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWith over 2,821 services professionals in\u00a025 countries, Logicalis is actively investing in expanding its services skills, capabilities, platforms and processes. Bernard\u2019s experience will be valuable in continuing to build on this strategy. <\/span><\/p>\n

Prior to Logicalis, Bernard was the managing director of SAP and previously held senior leadership roles at HP IPG, Nortel and IBM, Bernard also holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from University of Science of Malaysia. <\/span><\/p>\n
