British American Tobacco (Malaysia) Berhad (BAT Malaysia) upheld its accolade as a leading employer when it took home the Top Employer \u2013 Malaysia\/Asia Pacific 2019 Award yet again. <\/span><\/p>\n

The Top Employers Institute also further recognised BAT Malaysia for being within the best three of companies certified in Malaysia. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe are truly honoured and excited to be awarded the Top Employer yet again. <\/span><\/p>\n

This reinforces our values and philosophy to cultivate the talents we have and empower them to be future leaders. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe believe this is the cornerstone to attracting the best talents, and so we will continue to be encouraged to forge the best employer-employee relationship at BAT Malaysia,\u201d said BAT Malaysia managing director, Erik Stoel. <\/span><\/p>\n

Aside from the Top Employer Award, BAT Malaysia also recently took home the \u201cOutstanding Practice: Work\u201d at the Life at Work Award 2018 by Talent Corporation Malaysia Berhad. <\/span><\/p>\n

Further populating the list of accolades, BAT Malaysia was also named winner of HR Asia\u2019s \u2018Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2018\u2019 award while taking home four more awards at the HR Excellence Awards Malaysia 2018.<\/span><\/p>\n

BAT\u2019s shared services companies in Malaysia consisting of BAT Global Business Services Sdn Bhd (BAT GSD KL) and BAT Aspac Shared Services Sdn Bhd also took home the HR Asia\u2019s \u2018Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2018\u2019 award, as well as two Gold Awards at the HR Excellence Awards Malaysia 2018.<\/span><\/p>\n
