TIBCO Software Inc together with XL Axiata announced a strategic alliance with the objective of strengthening the Data Science project, a pilot initiative of XL Axiata. <\/span><\/p>\n

As one of TIBCO\u2019s renowned customers in Asia, XL Axiata understands that this new collaboration will allow them to equip their data scientists with the tools they need to work effectively and provide them with the most innovative techniques and technologies to address pressing issues at hand.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to offering its robust analytics solutions like TIBCO Data Science, this growing partnership will also embrace the potential for cloud technology in specific deployment areas of the Data Science project.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cEnterprises have recognised the importance of data analytics from the business perspective. It shapes and transforms the way they engage with their customers to remain competitive.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThis is true especially for developing countries like Indonesia, which is one of the fastest growing consumer markets in the world.\u201d said TIBCO Asia Pacific and Japan general manager, Melissa Ries. <\/span><\/p>\n

Ries added working with XL Axiata, they believe that the data scientists of XL Axiata will be equipped with the right tools to help them adapt to the rising demand for accurate data analysis. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cUltimately, we want to enhance the way they work by allowing them to tap into the processing power of learning trends, and to utilise Artificial Intelligence (AI) in data analysis,\u201d she said. <\/span><\/p>\n

XL Axiata group head information technology, Keri Oertarto said: \u201cWe are confident that joining forces with TIBCO will deliver a standardised technology platform across different business units.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe believe that TIBCO\u2019s seasoned experience will help us build our capabilities in Data Science.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThis collaboration will also allow us to ensure our data scientists remain well aware of today\u2019s wave of digital growth in the regional and global landscape.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

XL Axiata\u2019s data scientists will be provided with an advanced computational engine and development environment for widely used statistical language supported by R, Python, and other related languages. <\/span><\/p>\n

This initiative will empower these users to implement the technology more efficiently, especially the language and libraries, in an environment within the broader enterprise-wide infrastructure.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to the collaboration with XL Axiata, TIBCO has been working with various companies from different industries in the region, such as educational institutions, to support their digital journey.<\/span><\/p>\n
