Colony, Malaysia\u2019s luxury coworking space and serviced office provider has officially launched their third location in the heart of Malaysia\u2019s largest rail transportation hub, KL Sentral.<\/span><\/p>\n

Strategically located atop Grade \u2018A\u2019 MSC status Q Sentral, this 15,00 sq ft space is the most opulent office the group has ventured to date.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAs Colony\u2019s aim is to revolutionise the traditional way of working by creating an elevated and comfortable work experience, traditional businesses are becoming increasingly aware of the importance and advantages to provide a great working environment to their employees for retention.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cColony has also enabled companies to achieve a considerable amount of savings in terms of operational expenditures and capex investments,\u201d said Colony founder and executive director, Timothy Tiah.<\/span><\/p>\n

After the success of its first luxe suite prototype at KL Eco City, Colony reintroduces five luxe suites in their Q Sentral location accessed through a private entrance for guests to indulge in a completely immersive experience while at work.<\/span><\/p>\n

The luxe suites are equipped with smart lights that turns on with motion sensor, a smart table with wireless charging capabilities, its own Google Home system that acts as a personal assistant.<\/span><\/p>\n

Guests can also enjoy their very own private marble countertop bar area with a fully-supplied minibar in the suite for a refined experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

The new Colony Space drew influences from French architecture as it parades a Parisian Apartment design theme with neutral tones balanced by strong punches of colour, the space evokes a vibrant yet harmonious setting.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cEach Colony is located in a unique address, with different amenities around them catering different guests.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI want to challenge myself to build unique spaces that will blow our guests away, at the same time share the commonality of luxury and comfort,\u201d said Colony executive director, Audrey Ooi.<\/span><\/p>\n

As in all her projects, Audrey approaches the interior design in a holistic manner, curating all aspects from finishings to furniture.<\/span><\/p>\n

At Colony @ Q Sentral, monthly rental begins from RM410 for each open hot desk seat and a private office starts from RM3,488.<\/span><\/p>\n

To allow the luxury of flexible usage of the space, time based passes are available and are priced from RM338 for 100 hours.<\/span><\/p>\n
