Schneider Electric, the leader in digital transformation of energy management and automation, appointed Astri Ramayanti Dharmawan as its new country president for Schneider Electric Malaysia to support the company\u2019s growth in Malaysia and Brunei. <\/span><\/p>\n

The previous country president Soo Pow Leong, who led Schneider Electric Malaysia operations over the past five years, has now been promoted to vice president of Digital Energy for East Asia Zone.<\/span><\/p>\n

Astri brings over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, having worked with well-known multinational companies in the technology and electrical distribution industries. <\/span><\/p>\n

In the past three years, she held the post of vice president for the IT division in Indonesia, Malaysia and Brunei, for Schneider Electric IT, where she managed the entire IT business that Schneider Electric is involved in, including solutions and products for data center physical infrastructure such as power & cooling, software, and services.<\/span><\/p>\n

She aspires to drive the Malaysian team to improve the lives of people in the world by developing sustainable energy solutions for customers, in home, building, data centre and infrastructure. <\/span><\/p>\n

Astri\u2019s appointment celebrates female leadership and demonstrates the Schneider Electric\u2019s strength in promoting Diversity and Inclusion. <\/span><\/p>\n
