OUD Asset Management, a boutique fund management company, recently signed two Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to offer better services and to explore more opportunities.<\/span><\/p>\n

The first MOU was between the Cyberjaya-based firm with KCommerce (M) Sdn Bhd to form a strategic collaboration to offer suites of investment services and comprehensive investment packages inclusive the family office services and solutions.<\/span><\/p>\n

ODT Asset Management was represented by managing director Junita Ishak while Prof Dr Mohar Yusof signed on K-Commerce\u2019s behalf.<\/span><\/p>\n

The collaboration brings together expertise in fund management, ethical investing and family business advisory. It marks the start of mutually beneficial partnership between the two parties aiming to extend their vast experience and network into complementing each other in offering a wide array of investment services to investors.<\/span><\/p>\n

The partnership integrates together a strong team of experienced \u00a0professionals and their reputable track record which enable them to deliver services that best suits the growing demand of investors and family offices.<\/span><\/p>\n

OUD Asset Management also entered into an agreement with ZACD Ltd and GA Global Sdn Bhd to introduce a joint investment management platform to explore opportunities in Malaysian real estate assets including but not limited to Shariah-compliant investment.<\/span><\/p>\n

The partnership brings together deep skills in fund management, ethical investing, projects sourcing and real estate investment. With combined sponsorship and an expanded business network reaching throughout South East Asia, the partnership signifies a new phase of dynamic growth for all parties.<\/span><\/p>\n

The joint investment platform also aims to provide investors an attractive investment opportunity with a stable income and long-term capital appreciation while preserving the ethical investing principles. <\/span><\/p>\n
