The ranking process involves the tabulation of student votes from universities across the country, gathered via the M100 Survey, which is the largest and longest running study on graduate recruitment trends in Malaysia.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe real force behind the\u00a0Group\u2019s growth and success are our people. Our people are our greatest asset and are the key contributors towards achieving the\u00a0Group\u2019s FIT22 strategic aspirations. Hence, at RHB we place great emphasis in ensuring that our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) is up to date or\u00a0at par with EVP best practices while at the same time delivers on the Group\u2019s brand promise of Together we progress.
