The proposed dividend payout represents 47% of the Group\u2019s FY2016 Profit after Tax and Minority Interests (PATAMI) of RM13.0 million.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This dividend payout ratio is in line with GFM\u2019s dividend policy to distribute at least 40% of its PATAMI.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ruslan Nordin (pix), Managing Director of GFM said, \u201cThis is our maiden dividend since being listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities Malaysia Berhad.
