Kuala Lumpur, May 24 – Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad\u2019s wholly-owned subsidiary, Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn. Bhd., yesterday accepted a Letter of Award from TSM Towers Sdn. Bhd, a subsidiary of West River Capital Sdn Bhd, for the building and external works of the proposed development project located on Lot 67328, Jalan PJU 7\/6, Mutiara Damansara, Mukin Sungai Buluh, Daerah Petaling, Selangor Darul Ehsan for a total contract sum of Ringgit Malaysia Seventy-Seven Million Only (RM77,000,000.00).<\/p>\n
This Project is for the main building works of a new 24 storeys commercial office building, comprises of one (1) block of sixteen (16) storey office building and ancillary works on Lot 67328, Jalan PJU 7\/6, Mutiara Damansara, Mukin Sungai Buluh, Daerah Petaling, Selangor Darul Ehsan. The construction works of the Project will take approximately fifteen (15) months from its scheduled commencement in May 2017 and is targeted for completion by fourth quarter of 2018.<\/p>\n
This commercial building is designed to be a grade A, MSC compliant office building which is currently on track to achieving a Green Building Index (GBI) Gold Certificate upon completion. \u00a0It is conveniently located within walking distance to nearby amenities including The Curve, TESCO, IKEA and benefits from easy accessibility to nearby Surian MRT station, Penchala Link and Lebuh Damansara- Puchong.<\/p>\n
This project is Kerjaya\u2019s third contract award for the year 2017 and brings the current outstanding orderbook to an impressive RM2.6 billion.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Commenting on the Group\u2019s third project award for the year, Kerjaya\u2019s Executive Chairman, Datuk Tee Eng Ho said, \u201cThis project award brings our year-to-date contract wins to RM316 million.
