It was presented by Hanisofian Alias, Interim Chief Executive Officer of HDC \u00a0to \u00a0the Chairman of PERDA , YBhg. Datuk Wira Ir. Dr Shaik Hussein Mydin and witness by YAB Dato\u2019 Seri Dr. Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.<br>\u00a0<br>PERDA Halal Park has demonstrated strong performance as a halal SME-focused industrial hub. To date:<br>\u00a0<br>\u00b7 Phase 1 has achieved an 83% occupancy rate<br>\u00b7 Total investment value stands at RM90.66 million<br>\u00b7 Hosts more than 20 SME companies<br>\u00a0<br>The Phase 2 development, covering 10 acres, represents a significant step forward in enhancing the park\u2019s capacity and ecosystem.
