As a move to broaden the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in human resource management, people analytics tech company Pulsifi has entered into a partnership with world-leading enterprise software applications provider SAP.
Pulsifi will integrate its AI-driven people analytics platform into SAP’s SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) ecosystem, enabling clients of SAP to leverage the advances of AI for talent acquisition and talent management, in one seamlessly integrated platform.
Pulsifi will collaborate with SAP as a member of SAP’s Independent Software Vendor (ISV) programme to further develop expertise in the application of AI for human capital management. Pulsifi will also be leveraging SAP’s machine learning and cloud solutions through SAP Leonardo and SAP Cloud Platform.
“What organisations see as the future - where human and AI collaborate to realise the potential of their most valuable asset, people - is actually arriving very soon.
“The partnership between Pulsifi and SAP accelerates that,” said Pulsifi co-founder and chief executive officer, Jay Huang.
“Organisations are keen to enjoy the benefits of cutting-edge AI in their HR strategies, from recruiting to teaming to succession planning, where they can build on top of data and processes in their existing trusted software systems.
“The largest organisations in the world, including many of our clients, run on SAP. By partnering with SAP, Pulsifi offers organisations significantly smoother deployment, and across a larger scale.
“We see the Pulsifi-SAP partnership encouraging many more organisations to incorporate AI into their human capital management sooner,” added Jay.
“We are very excited that Pulsifi has chosen to develop, innovate and enhance its advanced people analytics AI technology on our SAP Cloud Platform.
“This collaboration exemplifies the innovation and disruption that ISVs can offer to the market when adopting SAP’s suite of intelligent platforms,” said SAP APJ ISV Business Unit, vice president, Eugene Gopalan
“Today, SAP offers an industry-leading robust and comprehensive ISV program for startups and
