Selangor Dredging Bhd (SDB) recently held an Appreciation Night on the 4th and 6th of August 2017 as a gesture of “thank you” to their purchasers, business partners, clients, media personnel and friends.

Held at the Tuanku Abdul Rahman Hall, Malaysian Tourism Centre (MATIC) the spectacular two-hour show featured Naomi Price and her band from Australia.

The show, “Rumour Has It: Adele, Her Life and Songs”, highlighted the inspirational journey of young Adele Adkins’ rise to stardom and how she achieved success with her soulful voice and heartfelt songs.

SDB, known for its niche developments, also recently released their “Brand Manifesto:  A Manifesto for living well and responsibly”. This Manifesto was documented after years of practicing and instilling values and responsibilities into the company’s various developments, communities it serves together with its commitment to being a caring and fair employer.

The Manifesto lists seven points which the company not only believes, but also puts into practice: Namely, “investing in our product, investing in our community, investing in our quality, investing in our customers, investing in our people, investing in our environmental sustainability and investing in our peace of mind”.

SDB is confident that its customers would be able to see the evidence that its Manifesto proves that it ‘walks the talk’.

“It is easy to say we will do this or that and not follow through. But that is not who we are. We do what we say we will,” said SDB managing director Teh Lip Kim.
