• PBT for 2QFY2026 increased 18.2% YoY to RM19.8 million. Profit After Tax and Minority Interests (PATAMI) rose 15.9% to RM16.2 million, with basic earnings per share improving to 3.05 sen.
  • The Trading & Services division remained the principal revenue contributor, generating RM175.2 million for 1HFY2026, representing a 13.5% YoY increase. For 2QFY2026, revenue rose 15.5% YoY to RM88.2 million.
  • The Property Development segment generated RM43.7 million in revenue for the six-month period, a 77.8% YoY increase, as the Johor Bahru mixed development project scales its billing recognition, with the segment’s half-year result improving significantly from a year earlier.

Main Market-listed Fiamma Holdings Berhad (“FIAMMA” or the “Group”) (Bursa: FIAMMA, 6939) posted revenue of RM117.2 million for the second quarter ended 30 June 2026 (2QFY2026), up 41.5% from RM82.8 million a year earlier.

The Group’s Profit Before Tax (“PBT”) for 2QFY2026 increased 18.2% year-on-year (YoY) to RM19.8 million, up from RM16.8 million in 2QFY2025. Gross profit rose 38.3% to RM35.2 million for the quarter. Profit attributable to owners of the Company (“PATAMI”) rose 15.9% to RM16.2 million, translating to basic earnings per share of 3.05 sen, up from 2.63 sen previously.

For the six months ended 30 June 2026 (“1HFY2026”), Group revenue increased 22.2% to RM221.61 million, with all three operating segments recording growth. The Group’s reported 6M PBT stood at RM33.2 million, compared to RM57.9 million in the corresponding period last year.

This YoY variance is primarily a base effect resulting from higher non-recurring gains recorded in 1HFY2025. Adjusting for one-off items across both periods, the Group’s normalised 1HFY2026 PBT organically increased by 9.7% to RM29.3 million.

Operationally, the revenue acceleration was driven by a dual-engine performance. Trading Services remained the Group’s primary revenue contributor, generating RM175.2 million in 1HFY2026, representing approximately 79.1% of the Group’s total revenue and a 13.5% YoY increase. The segment continued to benefit from demand across its home, lifestyle and healthcare portfolio, while Fiamma continues to expand into higher-growth categories including smart and energy-efficient appliances, cleaning solutions, air- conditioning and healthcare devices. For 2QFY2026, segment revenue increased 15.5% YoY to RM88.2 million.

Concurrently, the Property Development segment delivered a breakout quarter. Segment revenue grew 77.8% to RM43.70 million, driven by aggressive recognition of its Johor Bahru mixed development.

Mr. Jimmy Tan Chee Wee, Group Chief Executive Officer of FIAMMA, commented on the financial performance and strategic execution:

“The second quarter reflects improving momentum across our businesses, with Trading & Services continuing to provide a stable operating base.

“We shall continue to focus on building sustainable growth rather than pursuing short-term gains, and strengthen our commitment to building a stronger, more integrated business that will continue creating value for customers, business partners and shareholders for many years to come.

These priorities are consistent with our broader strategy of strengthening our operating businesses, improving execution and building a more resilient earnings base over the long term.”
