Kuala Lumpur, April 12 – Kenanga Investors Group was awarded the 2016 Malaysia Best Institutional House at Asia Asset Management’s 2017 Best of the Best Awards Dinner held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Hong Kong recently. 

Meanwhile, its Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer was named the 2016 Malaysia CEO of the Year while its Chief Investment Officer, Ms Lee Sook Yee was awarded the 2016 Malaysia CIO of the Year award for the 2nd consecutive year. 

The Malaysia Best Institutional House award recognises Kenanga Investors’ market share influence, client servicing capabilities and sales performance. The Malaysia CEO of the Year award is in recognition of the CEO’s overall achievements, performance of funds, increase of assets under management and their demonstration of leadership in the market. 

The Malaysia CIO of the Year award is in acknowledgement of the achievements of the CIO at the country level and the strategies employed to capture growth in the low yield investment environment.
