The Malaysian Business Magazine Editor in Chief Datuk Dr Mohd Daud Bakar last week recorded his talk show for Astro Oasis’ Al-Uztaz TV programme. The Bahasa Malaysia programme, titled “Saya Ada 25 Jam Sehari’ is based on Dr Mohd Daud’s best seller “I Have 25 Hours a Day” which was published last year.
The taping of the eight episodes was held over two days at the Islamic International University Malaysia (IIUM) and Amanie Group office in Menara Binjai, Kuala Lumpur.
Dr Mohd Daud, the founder and group chairman of boutique Shariah advisory firm Amanie Group, is also currently the Chairman of the Shariah Advisory Council at the Central Bank of Malaysia,the Securities Commission of Malaysia and the Labuan Financial Services Authorities.
Besides that, Dr Mohd Daud also currently sits on the Shariah board of number of other banks – including the National Bank of Oman (Oman), Noor Bank (Dubai), Amundi Asset Management (France), Morgan Stanley (Dubai), Bank of London and the Middle East (London), BNP Paribas (Bahrain), Bank Al Khair (Bahrain), Dow Jones Islamic Market Index (New York) and SEDCO Capital (Saudi Arabia).
The first episode of “Saya Ada 25 Jam Sehari’ will commence on 20 Nov 2017.
