Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd, a global integrated engineering services provider, announced the successful securement of six (6) work contracts worth a combined estimated value of RM522.92 million through both its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Serba Dinamik International Limited (“SDIL”) and Serba Dinamik Sdn. Bhd. (“SDSB”).
SDIL successfully secured two (2) new projects from Agility Energy FZE with a combined estimated contract value of RM420.42 million (USD 98.00 million)
(USD1: RM4.29) as below:
*Operation and Maintenance (“O&M”) contracts usually do not have a specified contract value by nature and the Company derives the value based on its internal estimation of the historical records for similar type of projects or contracts
SDSB successfully secured one (1) new project from Malaysia LNG Sdn Bhd and three (3) extension projects from PRPC Utilities and Facilities Sdn Bhd, Petronas Gas Berhad, and Murphy Sarawak Oil Co. with an estimated total value of RM102.50 million as below:

Group Managing Director / Group Chief Executive Director of Serba Dinamik Holdings, Dato’ Dr. Ir. Mohd.
