Kuala Lumpur, May 23 – BIV Builders Sdn Bhd, announced yesterday it has signed a Joint Venture agreement with KBR, for a standalone self-sufficient long term joint venture company called KBIV based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. 

The joint venture was formed to provide world-class Project Management, Engineering, EPCC (Turnkey) and Maintenance across the value chain of upstream production facilities to downstream processing including refineries, petrochemical and Gas/LNG plants in Asia and parts of the Middle East.

Fully leveraging on the core strengths of both companies, KBIV combines KBR’s global experience and differentiated professional services with BIV’s cost competitive and experienced resources.
