Ikhmas Jaya Group Berhad’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Ikhmas Jaya Sdn Bhd yesterday received a Letter of Award for a total contract value of RM188.6 million from BBCC Development Sdn. Bhd
The Group will be carrying out the earthworks, piling, diaphragm and reinforced concrete works for the substructure package B1 of mixed developments located in Lot PT143, Seksyen 56, Jalan Hang Tuah/Jalan Pudu, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, where the Pudu Prison was previously located.
This contract encompasses an array of structures including:-
i. Eight (8) storey entertainment hub
ii. Multiple storey of carparks
iii. Multiple storey of basement
iv. Forty Three (43) storey office tower
v. Twenty Seven (27) storey Hotel with 359 hotel rooms
vi. Two (2) connecting pedestrian bridge
vii. Forty Seven (47) storey apartment with 393 units
viii. Thirty Five (35) storey apartment with 273 units
The Contract is expected to be completed within 24 months from the expected date of commencement on 8th June 2017.
This is the fifth contract win for Ikhmas Jaya for the year, which brings the Group’s total outstanding orderbook to date to RM881.5 million. This year alone, the Ikhmas Jaya has secured contracts with an aggregate value of RM333.3 million.
