Introducing “Transformational Capital”, Embedding Leadership to Build Companies from Within

KUALA LUMPUR, 3 MARCH 2026 – PEMANDU Group today announced the
launch of PEMANDU Capital, its investment arm built on a distinct model it calls
Transformational Capital — and revealed its first acquisition, Intramiles Sdn. Bhd., a
Malaysian manufacturing company.

PEMANDU Capital deploys capital alongside embedded operational leadership. Its
model centres on placing experienced transformational leaders deeply rooted in their
proven operational and leadership methodology directly inside portfolio companies to
drive strategic clarity, execution discipline, operational uplift, and long-term value
creation.

As its inaugural investment, PEMANDU Capital has acquired a majority equity stake
in Intramiles, forming a strategic partnership with the company’s co-founders, who
will continue to be actively involved in the company’s leadership. By combining
transformational leadership with deep industry know-how, the partnership is
designed to unlock a new phase of accelerated growth and profitability.

Intramiles is a specialised contract manufacturing company producing more than
1,600 SKUs across hair care, skin care, and body care categories. The company has
developed strong formulation capabilities and operational depth, serving a diverse
portfolio of brands within the personal care and home care segments.
Under PEMANDU Capital’s stewardship, Intramiles will pursue an ambitious “True
North” aspiration of exponential growth.

Beyond Intramiles, this acquisition signals the beginning of a broader strategy.
PEMANDU Capital intends to build a portfolio of high-potential small and medium-
sized enterprises, applying its Transformational Capital model to drive measurable
performance breakthroughs. The Intramiles journey will serve as the pathfinder,
demonstrating how structured transformation and hands-on leadership can elevate
Malaysian enterprises to their next stage of growth.

“With PEMANDU Capital, we are putting our skin in the game. This is not advisory
from the sidelines. We are building companies from within — embedding leadership,
driving execution, and creating enduring enterprise value”
Dato’ Sri Idris Jala, Chairman, PEMANDU Group
